At VIBES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return at the Time of Delivery

  • Customers may return the parcel at the time of delivery only.
  • In such cases, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.
  • Once the parcel is accepted, it will not be eligible for instant return.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.


3. Quality Issues or Size Problems

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality or the size does not fit, you may return the item at the time of delivery, or send the product to our office address (shared by our support team).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the product price only.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply only if payment was made in advance.


4. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection approval.
